		<description>Hi Dunya,
It seems to me, that areas of the brain DO get affected by internal propricoceptive 3ork, imagery, or breathing. In any Body Mind Centering class or exploration that I have done, this is a given. But is this actually true--thank you for your questions, what exactly is going on? Genny Kapular teaches a wonderful anatomy class where we will, for example, be guided to access the pituitsry gland, bring our awareness there, which I understand stimulates it. Then you can in turn feel the qualities of the pituitary (or ovaries, or heart, or lung) wash through all of the body systems. It feels like energy, or qualities. It feels real.

Thank you for your stimulating thoughts!
